K & L Representative Payee Services, Inc. is a Memphis nonprofit helping seniors, veterans, and disabled beneficiaries manage essential finances with clarity, respect, and personal attention.
Who We Are

PRESIDENT & CEO
LEASER A. COLEMAN
Mrs. Coleman is a proficient Accounting/Office Manager with 30 years of experience and proven ability to manage government-regulated pension and 401(k) funding plans, government filings associated with these plans, audits and routine actuarial work, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciling assets, valuing liabilities, payroll, and company and employee tax forms.
Leaser is also an HR Manager with 15 years of experience, including benefit package negotiation, EEOC claims, workers’ compensation claims, and unemployment claims. Mrs. Coleman has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors at God’s Ministries, Inc. for the past 20 years. She is a Christian Brothers University alumna, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Psychology, and is a lifetime member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
VICE PRESIDENT
KENNETH L. COLEMAN
Mr. Coleman is a results-oriented, decisive Human Resources Benefits Specialist with 23 years of experience managing short- and long-term disability benefits, benefits billing account status, and balances. He has a proven track record of effective internal and external customer service, with exceptional mediation and problem-solving capabilities.
He offers 40 years of management and leadership experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College. Kenneth has served his community for the past 20 years as Senior Pastor of God’s Ministries, Inc. He is a veteran of the United States Army and received an honorable discharge after six years of service.
