Mrs. Coleman is a proficient Accounting/Office Manager with 30 years of experience and proven ability to manage government regulated pension & 401(k) funding plans, filing of government forms associated with these plans, audits and routine actuarial work, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciling assets, valuing liabilities, payroll and generating & filing all company and employee tax forms. Leaser is also an HR Manager with 15 years of experience including benefit package negotiation, EEOC claims, workers comp claims and unemployment claims. Mrs. Coleman has also served as VP – Board of Directors at God's Ministries, Inc. for the past 20 years and is a Christian Brothers University Alum, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Psychology and is a lifetime member of PSY-CHI (The Psychological Honor Society).
