We take the worry out of paying monthly bills such as rent, utilities, prescriptions and food expenses. We also assist with locating transportation to and from doctor’s appointments. Mrs. Coleman is a proficient Accounting/Office Manager with 30 years of experience and proven ability to manage government regulated pension & 401(k) funding plans, filing of government forms associated with these plans, audits and routine actuarial work, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciling assets, valuing liabilities, payroll and generating & filing all company and employee tax forms. Leaser is also an HR Manager with 15 years of experience including benefit package negotiation, EEOC claims, workers comp claims and unemployment claims. Mrs. Coleman has also served as VP – Board of Directors at God's Ministries, Inc. for the past 20 years and is a Christian Brothers University Alum, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Psychology and is a lifetime member of PSY-CHI (The Psychological Honor Society).
Mr. Coleman is a results oriented, decisive Human Resources Benefits Specialist with 23 years of experience in managing short and long term disability benefits, benefits billing account status and balances. A proficient track record of effective customer service both internal and external with exceptional mediation and problem solving capabilities. He offers 40 years of management and leadership skills and a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Crichton College. Kenneth has served his community for the past 20 years as Senior Pastor of God's Ministries, Inc. He is a veteran of the United States Army and received an honorable discharge for six years of service.
